At Ongo Health, our goal is to help you feel yourself again by playing our breathing games and improving your respiratory fitness.
Take it slow
Everyone is different. It may take a few days to a few weeks to improve your respiratory fitness. For example, you may already have very strong lungs and the breathing games will be very easy for you. Or, you may not be used to doing deeper breathing and will need a few weeks to slowly improve your breathing capacity.
Do not overexert yourself while playing the breathing games. This means if you are feeling lightheaded or breathing heavily, you need to stop and rest.




How to Play the Whale Chill Game

If needed, plug your breathing device into USB power

Tap the WhaleChill icon on your Phone
Wait 5 seconds for your breathing device to connect to your mobile phone. The controller icon will say “connected” on the Home Screen.

Put your lips on the mouthpiece
Slowly inhale to calibrate the breathing device.

Tap the Play button
As you slowly inhale the whale will jump out of the water. Then pause, and the whale will fall back into the water. Repeat a few times to finish the game round.




Playing the Fish Game

If needed, plug your breathing device into USB power

Tap the Fish icon on your Phone
Wait 5 seconds for the breathing device to connect to your mobile phone. The controller icon will say “connected”.

Put your lips on the mouthpiece
Slowly inhale to calibrate the breathing device.

Tap the Play button
Click the Play button and inhale for a few seconds and the fish will grow larger. When you stop inhaling, the fish will return to their normal size. Repeat a few times until the game round is over.
